Extremely happy with these straighteners, much improved since I bought my last pair many years ago. They heat up within seconds and though my hair is very thick they still straighten it beautifully with very little effort. Delivery was exceptionally quick which was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for more.

Purchased the soft curler wand for my partner. GHD are expensive compared to other brands but the quality is evident. Fast delivery was a bonus. Would definitely recommend to others.

My ghd's are lovely to use and leave my hair sleek and stylish the only thing is the cable tangles and it makes it harder to use

When signing into the website it says give email for 10% off, then it gives u a code to copy but no where to put that code into. I’m sure when the hair straighteners and dryer comes it will be as good as my other ghds if not better as they are now 16 years old but still going strong! Love that you can personalise them, very nice touch for my daughters birthday! Just disappointed it offers the 10% but don’t actually give it.

I have paid but not received product and can't get hold of anyone at GHD or Hermes Courier

They are perfect. They glide so nicely, no pulling on little strands of hair like my old ones. They are gorgeous too! The case is so handy! And the straightness lasts all day! Definitely recommend 100%.

Brought for my daughter as she kept using mine and hers are useless the plates have a 3/4mm gap when closed so they don’t really grip hair very disappointed

Poor customer service, parcel came too late . Never bother to respond calls and email. Really disappointed

Product is still with the courier so haven’t received the goods yet
